Transfer Tray and Pass-Through

Transfer Tray and Pass-Through
The TT01 Transfer Tray and Pass-Through box is a safe way to exchange banknotes and valuables at a cashier of a bank. Banknote vacuum packaging equipment
VacPac
Banknote vacuum packaging equipment

Banknote vacuum packaging equipment
The vacuum-packaging of banknote bundle provides safe and controlled storing and transferring of banknotes.
VacPac has two units:
VP01 is an automatic, motor driven banknote press and VP02 is an automatic closed-chamber vacuum-packaging device.
VP01 and VP02 are available together or separately, or built onto a roller table (VP03), thus they can be configured ergonomically for both sitting and standing work places.
Step 1.

The process of banknote packaging begins with the VP01 automatic banknote press. The bundle of banknotes has to be put standing between the two press-plates which are opened and have two positions that enables the equipment to handle thin/new as well as thick/old banknotes. The height of the press-plates can be adjusted to the height of the banknotes with spacer plates. The user may initiate the pressing process by pushing the start buttons.
Step 2.

After putting the banknotes into the vacuum bag, the motor driven ejecting process follows.
Step 3.

Completing the process, the user has to put the vacuum bag containing the banknotes into the VP02 packaging device's vacuum chamber.
Step 4.

Close the top and the shrink-wrapped banknote bundle is automatically made.
