Q-net MRM Meeting room management system

Q-net MRM can be used at any facilities, companies, institutions, where a (meeting) room is used by different visitors and local employees several times a day.

The system has two parts:

• Software
  
• Displays (and distributors and cables)
  

Software

The software of Q-net MRM shows only one main page, on which the user can see every important information about upto 10 rooms (in case the number of the rooms is higher, the user can scroll between them). The red line is showing the actual time, the different colour of the meetings are showing the different status of the room, e.g: red = visitor has arrived, but the clerk hasn't; blue = the meeting has started; black = the cleaning of the room has started., etc. The colors can be customized as the user wishes. Further information about every meeting and the different settings are coming up in small windows.

Hardware

There is a 6-inch monochrome LCD with blue background light, on which the actual information appears. This includes the status of the room, the name of the persons taking part on the meeting and so on. To change the status of the room, the user should touch the button on the screen to declare to the software, that the next step can be taken.

This can be seen on the main page of the software and the user of the software can act accordingly.

With all these features every possible requirement is covered, which might arrise in a similar location.

The system can be used in working places, where big number of employees are working; educational institutions, where auditoriums are used for different lectures, etc.
