DG55 Display, Glassic style, 5-digit, 100 mm, 7-segment, 1toX-line

The DG55 waiting area display shows summarized information about ticket numbers and counters, as the other waiting area displays. The first three character of the five character waiting area displays are showing the number of the ticket that has been called, the following two characters are the number of the counter waiting for the customer.

Displays are delivered per lines. There is no limit in the number of lines above each other, because there is a metal element available, which is holding the lines together under each other.

In case of more than one line of display, at calling the next customer, the information of the last customer will jump a line lower, while the top line is blinking.

The colour of the display is red, the whole unit is black and the front glass panel is also black. This unit is designed in the style of the "Glassic" touch-screen ticket dispenser, it reflects the Glassic design elements in order to use both elements in the same system.

The waiting area display is blinking for around ten seconds after the call (The blinking time can be adjusted in the Q-net software).

DG55 is also available with dot matrix displays for Arabic numbers (DG56, see there).

The DGxx displays are fitting to the TGxx ticket dispensers.

The DG55 display can be installed in Basic, Basic Plus, Standard and Pro systems.

DG05 Display, Glassic style, 5-digit, 57 mm, 7-segment, 1toX-line

Counter displays are mounted above or beside the counters to help the customers' orientation.

The display consists of five digits (57mm, seven segment units); the colour of the first 3 digits (for ticket number) is red the two digits are green (for counter number).

At calling, the ticket number is blinking e.g.: for 30 seconds (blinking time can be adjusted in the Q-net software) on the display. The number is shown on the display as long as the CLOSE button on the hardware keyboard has been pushed.

The additional two characters in green will constantly show the number of the counter as long as the clerk is logged on.

This unit is designed in the style of the "Glassic" touch-screen ticket dispenser, it reflects the Glassic design elements in order to use both elements in the same system.

The DG05 display is available for Q-net Basic, Basic Plus, Standard and Pro systems.
